Nufiwa Halloween Party Menu

Nufiwa Halloween Party Menu

Halloween is one of my favorite holidays and a festive party is the best way I know how to properly celebrate. I like to leave my zombie, werewolf, witch and mummy guests feeling refreshed and amazing (not regretting they've eaten after a heavy, processed meal), so I try to make my party menu as nufiwa as possible.

If you'd like to do the same, look below for the Nufiwa Halloween Party Menu of your dreams (or nightmares…mu-ha-ha-ha!).

Drinks:

There is no surefire way to pack in the calories than with a syrupy drink. Keep things light for your guests by simply serving lemon or fruit water

Add a little Halloween punch by including a few surprising critters.

Appetizers:

The thought of appetizers usually conjures up pictures of heavy sausages and a pound of cream cheese. Delight your party guests with a delicious array of veggies, fruits, and whole grains, each complete with a few Halloween touches:

Skeleton veggie tray

Goblin eyes (use whole wheat puff pastry to make these nufiwa)

Soup:

This delicious tomato bisque is incredibly satisfying and nutritious. Add a spooky flair with this sour cream web:

Main course:

You will create quite a stir with these adorable Jack o Lantern stuffed peppers:

Fill the middle with this delicious nufiwa concoction if you want meat or this one if you don't.

Dessert:

Halloween isn’t Halloween without delicious desserts, but that doesn't mean you can't have your nufiwa cake and eat it too! Serve this gorgeous chocolate spider trifle, but replace the cake with these black bean brownies and the pudding with this three ingredient banana pudding (trust me, no one will know the difference...except that they will feel great).

Don’t you feel refreshed just looking at this menu? The best thing about eating a nufiwa Halloween meal is that it leaves you with plenty of room to celebrate Halloween without ruining your health or weight. How frightfully delightful!
