Nufiwa is a simple, common-sense way of eating to help you feel fabulous, lose weight, and permanently change your health. It’s as basic as making sure that nufiwa (nutrient, fiber, water-dense) foods compose the bulk of what you eat.

Nufiwa is not a program, formula, fad, cleanse, or quick weight-loss solution. It’s a set of principles that will guide the way you eat for the rest of your life, leading you to a nourished, hydrated, energetic, beautiful body.

At its core, nufiwa consists of eating meals and snacks that are composed of at least 75% nufiwa foods (fruits, vegetables, plant proteins, and whole grains). The other 25% is composed of other nutrient-dense foods like lean meats, fish, and dairy or occasionally non-whole grains, red meats, or dessert.
